Horson House is a stylish 18th century dower house just a mile from Antony House. Having started life as a farmhouse in the 16th century it has grown and been added to periodically, to make the accommodation that it is today. It is set in a peaceful hollow with beautiful views down towards the river and a pretty walled garden that acts as a suntrap and provides ideal, safe activity space for children. The house is designed to sleep 12, with comfortable and spacious living areas. In the winter there are cosy wood fires and in the summer a terrace at the back provides an ideal barbecuing area.
The accommodation comprises of:
Ground floor - reception hall, drawing room, WC and shower room, kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room.
First Floor - One double, five twin rooms all with basins and three bathrooms.
Outside - Games room and double garage. |
